• ➢ The company will not be responsible for any cash transaction as the company neither makes cash payments or takes cash from its customers.
• ➢ You Deposit your Installment and down payment in the account number And Scanner given by the company, that too sitting at home and take a screenshot and mail it.
• ➢ The company will loan up to 70% of the market value of the HOUSE/FLOOR of your choice and you will have to deposit the remaining 30% amount in the account number given by the company.
• ➢ While making your payment, keep in mind that the payment you are making is going directly into the main account of the company called Tera Mera Ghar Housing India Private Limited. Otherwise if you have made the payment somewhere or by mistake then our company will not be responsible for this payment.
• ➢ You can also online apply for a home loan, wherein you can submit yourself and all the documents of your application through the company's website. The company's file processing fee is Rs.4950/- which is non-refundable after submit application.
• ➢ If any reason for your home loan file is rejected then your 30% down payment will be returned within 7 working days or you can find another home for yourself by informing our team.
• ➢ If the company has any doubt, it can reject your file without informing you.
• ➢ If you have not been paying your house EMI for more than 2 months, then the company can sell your house or take legal action against you, if you are unable to pay the EMI, the inform us as soon as possible so that our company can give you some advise or find a solution to your problem.
• ➢ The aim of our company is that everyone should have their own house. Our mentality is only for your good and not to cause you any trouble
• ➢ After submitting your documents, you will have to wait for at least 25working days because after completing your work, we will give you the Sanction Letter.
